I was way more impressed than I expected to be. The packaging was so neat and secure I almost felt bad opening it. Everything arrived perfectly safe with zero issues, which is basically a miracle these days.

I did get my refund in the end, so that’s good. But it definitely took longer than I expected. I mean, who doesn’t get a little impatient waiting for their money back?

I had to exchange an item and it did get taken care of in the end, but it literally took longer than I thought it would. Customer service did reply, just not very quickly. Overall it was okay, not terrible, but not exactly great either.

I was trying to browse charlestongardens.com and the products looked nice, but the site itself felt clunky. Pages were loading slow for me, and it took way too many clicks just to find basic garden stuff.

The menu wasn’t super clear either. A couple times I clicked into a category, got nowhere useful, and had to go back and start over becuase the filters didn’t really help much.
I do think they probably have decent items, but the actual shopping experience needs some work. I got annoyed and ended up not finishing my order, which is a bummer bc I was ready to buy...

For what you pay, it’s totally worth it!!! I was happy with what I got, especially at this price point!!!

Everything felt sturdy, looked like the photos, and didn’t have any cheap-feeling parts or weird defects. I’ve been using them in the garden for a while now and they’re holding up well. Delivery was fine too, so yeah, I’d buy from them again.

I got a garden bench from Charleston Gardens last year, and I figured it would be decent, actually, no, better than decent. It’s been sitting outside through rain, hot sun, and even a little snow, and the wood still feels really solid. No wobbling, no cracking, nothing weird so far.
I haven’t exactly been careful with it either. I just wipe it down now and then when it looks a bit grubby. For what I paid, I’m happy with it, and it seems like one of those things that’s going to stick around for years

I’m probably a little picky about color accuracy, but the colors looked a bit different in person than they did in the photo. Not terrible, just not quite what I was expecting.

I was happy to see that the plants and garden supplies I needed were actually in stock. Nothing’s more annoying than clicking through a bunch of items just to find out they’re sold out. Checkout was quick and easy too. A friend had recommended checking them out, and I’m glad I did. I’ll probably order again next time I need stuff for the yard.

They sent out a replacement without making it a whole hassle, which I really appreciated. Shipping stuff happens, so I’m happy with how they handled it. 5 stars from me...

I’ll admit, I kind of made up my mind quickly when I opened charlestongardens.com. It just looked nice right away. The pages feel clean and calm, and the photos really match the whole garden feel. I assumed it was going to be easy to browse, it was. Nothing felt too cluttered or overdone. It just has a really pleasant, put-together look without trying too hard.
